The process included the following: rebuild mywhitecloud.com to be more informative and engaging; create a blogging community of influencers; drive brand interaction online and in-home; drive traffic to coupons for measurable success metrics; and build a consumer database and nurture loyalty to the White Cloud brand. Throughout this campaign, an impressive number of White Cloud coupons have been printed, generating a database of product loyalists that can be leveraged for future promotions. Together, White Cloud and Rockfish have moved from a traditional marketing strategy to more effective digital and social solutions.
